My pov is just this. Raghav was impassionate, indifferent to people around him. Woh badla hai, he has become a passionate lover, considerate husband. Jab patha chalega tab hoga confrontation. And it would be bad. He would be considered right in his stance and she would be in hers.

Bas yeh dekhna hai Raghav is ready to change his ways or not.

It's not about changing yourself it's about accepting spouse views. Raghav is self made person, he worked both hard and smart work to build this empire so he is pride about it. What he said is absolutely right both are different persons and both are thinking is different.thats the marriage is also two different persons comes together with common ground on each and every Matter of the family. He can still runs his business own away but he shouldn't keep his wife on dark when there is possibility of harm which may occur to him and family also.. pallavi is also board minded person and she always given the chance to see him on different light so he should always think about it. She is different from him it's doesn't meant she should comes across about him from third person when she is always there for him to hear each and every thing. As of now he handled everything but right now he is family man so it's his responsibility to let her know everything. Share space should always be there to have a open discussion without lying and hiding then it's about each other whether to take it or not. Always hiding or running away won't help anyone. Same way pallavi also should understand him instead try to change him.
