Dev should have eaten "healthy cookie"

Dev should have eaten his healthy lunch which was made for him by Sona personally. So to respect that he should have eaten by himself.

Who allows subordinate to eat in CEO's private office? Dont they have lunch room where all employees eat? she could join any one of them. or if she is sitting there by herself, I am sure someone would ask her to join them or join her.

WTH is this flip flop in Ishworry, Dev,

Sanjana is Psycho who falls for married men or taken men. She moved from mumbai to find another prey. Dev has to be between 35-40 for him to be married for 10 yrs with 3 kids. Maturity has to come sometimes. But he is oblivious to how a married man should be. Sona is not at all priority for him. she is completely taken for granted. yet she is wanting him and their marriage. One day she will be so resentful and be done with for him to treat her like this.👎🏼😳

This one felt like a complete episode where almost all the characters got screen space. Erica looked so pretty today. Everything was on point with her look 👍🏼

Sonakshi looks beautiful when she is happy. That stress free glow was nice to see on her. But her cooking..lol. She cooked different dishes for everyone...how thoughtful. The kids seemed to love what they were having... Ishwari's food also looked delicious. Dev's food well as per his medical condition...it was fitting. Next time he should think at least hundred times before popping pills.

There was light comic scenes like the BF table, GKB and her son and Bijoy lol. Comic relief.

Dev if he wanted to thank Sanjana then he should've at least picked the right colour flower. First of all none of the seniors give flowers to their subordinates. That is a big no. It will create wrong impression in the minds of other employees (it's another thing that we don't see other employees)

Knowing that he is married and still buying that gift was the point where I didn't like her character. She should've backed off right at this point. Now I don't know how is her part gonna carry on from here.

I agree that he should plainly tell Sonakshi that he doesn't like healthy food. So that she doesn't put efforts into it. Nahi acha lagta toh nahi lagta. Food preferences differ from person to person. It won't mean that he doesn't love her.

Also Sonakshi taking a day off should not be looked down. We have seen her at office everyday. Once in a while it's ok to stay at and continue feeling happy. Office mein dimaag kharab ho jaata hai kabhi kabhi...mood barbaad.

I totally agree about healthy food. Dev should be very honest about not really liking it to Sona. Instead of beating around the bush. be decisive and assertive in personal and professional life.

Sona: She mentioned 3 days a week she was going to stay home, cook, drop kids off etc etc. so not sure what to make of that.

I know she told Jatin that she was staying home one day.

To me personally the way she was suddenly trying to put preference on staying home and doing home duties was off. she already is doing alot at home cooking etc for family and office. So why this talk abt 3 days a week? Who is she trying to impress??

She was kidding. Didn't you see she passed a smile towards the kids when she was saying these lines. The kids especially Soha caught it but Ishwari and GKB were tensed. I enjoyed it. Kabhi kabhi pareshan karo inko Sonakshi even if it's over a joke.

She seems to be a workaholic...she won't be able to sit at home.

Those items also looked delicious to me healthy veg , why can’t he eat healthy food for a day .

My conclusion: Dev Dixit is not fit to be a manager , CEO is "door ki baat "

May be he is physically attracted to Sonakshi but does not love her , and has no respect for her as his wife.

But understanding her, legit talking to her & discussing stuffs like equal partners....not so much. It's not like he doesn't want to do that. It's like he doesn't even know he should be doing that.

Again, when she is upset, he tries to make it up to her with extravagant gestures... like the Asha school, previously Suhana maternity ward etc....but all these come AFTER she is visibly upset. No efforts to genuinely appreciate her, make her feel valued in normal times.

It's almost as if he doesn't know how to treat/behave with his wedded wife, his life partner rightly. Even after 10 years of marriage, he still seems to be stuck at the dating phase. Excited with the possibilities of romance like a boyfriend, but not mature or understanding enough to be a caring husband. He behaves like he is dating her, not like he married her.

I don't understand if it's just clumsy writing or Dev is actually supposed to be like that. Even if the writers are deliberately presenting him like that, I will still call it a bad writing. It made sense when he first behaved like that (pre-leap) owing to Ishwari's bringing up or his inexperience in the relationship department. But now, 10 years after marriage, of which 7 years was a separation phase due to this very approach, still the same approach makes him look like he is just stubbornly refusing to grow up.🤓

I consider S3 Dev to be poor writing. Writing a character whose skin you haven't gotten into, that's what this is. The writers haven't quite understood Dev inside out.

See, Dev ignoring Sona is not in his blood at all. He could be angry, loving, hateful, irritated, or passionate.. but ignore her? No way. But still, the season started with Dev saying idiotic things like, which husband will pay attention to his wife after years? See right there? Poor writing...because you know, which husband will pay attention after 50 years also? Dev will. It's just who he is. Sona is his obsession.

This season the writers are making the characters switch per episode. One episode, Dev is horrible, next episode, he has made up for everything. Then third episode, he does something horrible again, then the episode after, all good again. This isn't how a character should be written.

Also, the writers don't seem to have a lot of clue about the dynamics Dev shared with everyone else. If Asha was in the hospital, I simply don't see how Dev would think, "oh Asha Ma is sick and in the hospital, but I need to go to my seminar." Sorry, not Dev. If she hadn't been hospitalized yet and he had gone, and she got worse and was admitted later, that I can understand. But it's like the writers didn't know the bond Dev shared with Asha.

As for eating Sona's food, he should have eaten what she had made, but I feel the writers have manufactured a situation where he eats Sanjana's lunch. Otherwise Dev does like what Sona makes.. after the pills OD, she had made him soup, saying it was just the way he loved. He ate that. So obviously he has no issue with her cooking. This lunch in the office was just to increase Sanjana's interest in him.
