Yes to most of those but also oil hair regularly and also try to do protein treatments or hair masks a couple of times a month. It's helped my hair a lot.

Too much work!! My routine is wash hair, towel dry, and go about my day... even if I lose hair, I don't care 😆 I have that much hair! Donated my hair once, and the hairstylist said my hair could've made 2-3 wigs 🤣
