Mandar's ending- open for interpretation

Finally Mandar track is ended. I am happy as this track is the most dragged one in the show and it compromise the leads and so many supportive characters.

But not satisfied with the way it open-ended. Because last time Lion said the same thing in booming voice..

'Mai wapas aaonga'- and he did came ( and disappeared in thin air).

For all the sufferings, creepiness, mental and physical torture to Raghavi, for 'Tum mere Ho' and for the brilliant performance of Ashok Phal Desai deserved a proper back story and a justified ending if they don't plan to bring him back ( pls don't )

His back story, how lion knows him, how he met doc from hell( Ramya), why exactly he is so obsessed with pallavi ( love is not the only reason) was he a psych always or there is some other reason behind it.

Him asking Pall to wait for him when police were draging him

We have suffered so much coz of this track as a viewer and we deserved to have a digestible closure..

The person who shocked me most today was Aayi ..

She knew her son was a murderer and she kept it within, not telling anyone understandable, ( why I think this was developed for ending this track hence so difficult to digest)

But if she did, it shows why she loved pall like she did. It was a part guilt while I thought it was unconditional love. I always found aayi - pall bond to be so pure, they were like soulmates.

Infact I had this idea always that they are aks ( reflection) of each other. So many similarities between them.

Sharda and Pallavi -

Beautiful inside and out, helpful, courageous, can do anything for family, both like a string who attach the whole family together. When mandar came and aayi supported Raghav and pall I thought maybe she doesn't want the same fate to pall as hers, married to a Sanki, Ziddi, hypocrite man coz maybe she knows how mandar is in reality. She wanted pall to be away from this toxicity and have peace and love in her life.

( I wanted to make a seperate post for this but was pre- occupied)

But now everything is questionable, was that not unconditional love but a part of the guilt? If so am ok it is a realistic characteristic . But boy I am shocked.

In all this only VD character remains the same..

I am partly shocked and partly amused, he never changes, the only constant character lol.

Saying pyar me aisa kiya, agar pall ek aur mauqa deti toh woh sudhar jata like seriously .

And whats with Bad dua huh, mansi, Keerti now him

Kuch nahi kar sakte toh bad dua de do ..

Aayi giving blessings as counter-curse

Lol Sleeping beauty yad aagyi- curse and counter- curse

Raghav telling mandar tu Deshmukh Surname k qabil nahi what is that?

Sunny holding Mandar while aayi was exposing him was ...

Mansi and Sulu are hypocrite and totally in character for joining aayi gang.

Amma calling sunny thali ka baigan was hilarious. Keerthi ko b rebuke karna chahiye tha for making her bro sign divorce papers.

So the next track is Raghav's illegal business. Didn't see that coming so soon.

When pall had no complaints against his drinking I thought ok cool they are taking it in a different manner. But here we are.

I knew this was coming coz once Farhad says to Raghav anna you have so much wealth and shops all over India now pls stop this smuggling. Raghav says paisa mera junoon hai. Guess things are going to change now ..😆

Raghav line shd be Mandar doesn't suit Aai ka beta...

. not Deshmukh.... He is true Deshmukh esp his Sanki father

What Raghav meant by Deshmukh kehlane ke layak nahi hai, I guess meant that he didn't deserve to be Aai's son. Honestly I don't think that it changes Pallavi-Aai equation. Aai ne jaan-boojh kar Pallavi ki shaadi ek bure insaan se nahi karwayi. She confronted as soon as she got to know. She, in a way, protected Pallavi by calling Mandar and stalling their first night. Guilt galti karne par hota hai, aai ne koi bhi galti nahi ki. She hid the truth because she thought mandar is dead. Ek mare huye aadami (who happens to be her son) ko bura banake kya hasil hota?

I think Raghav have come to care for Deshmukhs in general ( VD and Sulu not sure). And he highly respects and love aayi and kaka, so maybe that's why but it was a shocker.

Yes so true Sanki and his Beta don't care about anyone except for themselves.

"Paisa mera junoon hai" - cannot wait to hear that in Sai's voice!

He's a paper chaser and so what? He does good with his money and his business requires him to choose shady methods. I really don't want Raghav's character to be white-washed, the more I think about it, the angrier I get!

As for Mandaar's open-ending, I think the CVs are simply trying to play it safe. If they get another extension then they want to be able to bring back old villains to amp up the drama quotient. That's probably why Mandaar was wrapped up in a jiffy without much context. Same deal with Ved, they gave him an open end to leave room for additions in the story later on.

Raghav has come to accept Deshmukhs and care for them except few and hence the dialogue.

Ofcourse aayi-pall bond doesn't change . What I meant here, was the shock it did to me as a viewer, coz I always adored ayi- pall bond and thought them as reflection of each other. And aayi didn't do any mistake by keeping the truth as she thought it is not necessary now.

And yes there was this guilt factor in this, coz mandar had killed her BF and her life was going to spoil coz of him..

So I found a reason for her love, and it makes me wonder and see her in new light.

@ bold: Fair point, par usse acha banake bhi kya haasil hua? Pallavi lived as a widow with the burden of supporting her dead husband's family come hell or high water. She stepped into Mandaar's shoes when she really didn't have to in hindsight. I understand that Aai shouldn't have demonized Mandaar after his death, but she shouldn't have allowed Pallavi to glorify him and his memories either. Agar sach bata deti toh Pallavi wouldn't feel as if she's obligated to Mandaar.

But hey... agar aisa hota toh phir Pallavi ki zindagi mein Raghav nahi aata, so I guess I'll settle for this loophole 😆

they made it into such comedy..

no proper closure at all👎🏼...what happened to amma & Vishnu, they both just disappeared in thin air...what about Dr Jankee...how did Mandaar got away from hospital🤔.so many unsolved mystery..bigg mystery is how did Ved know him🤔...no continuation of that part at all😳...left us in hanging there😆..

aayi whole time knew & behaved like nothing happened...so she maintained her son's fake goody image then🤔🤔, front of Pallu🤔

& today y amma didnt confront to Keerti..about divorce papers😡..how can they leave such a big matter, with simple taunt🤔, which Keerti didnt even get😆😆

today epi also rushed...mandaar arrest, date all in one go

curse in this show r just name sake🤣, no curse came true🤣🤣..even Raghav-Pallu curses at each other in initial epi were forgotton after the curse epi🤣🤣, so i wont bother for that

they showed Sanki's goody image at start was all fake then😡👎🏼

sullo & Mansi😡, that Mandaar tried to harm kaka😒 & these 2 r thinking of siding with him for their own selfish needs😡😵

Sikand now should just give a proper closure to all them, & shut the show..unnecessary track he is including & making the serial so bore & without any proper logic.

only first initial 4-5 months was good..from Raghav's confession ( which came out of no where), show doesnt make any sense😭

Because she is highly moralistic and cannot see her son murdering devyani and ruining pall's life and that's why confronted mandar against it. In a way she may feel her own son to be turned out like that just like amma was weary and guilty of Raghav.

It only made her to care for pall even more and always supported her and develop the aayi- daughter bond
