Its gum disease but here they take it so lightly they put a cream 2 times still dint help 😡😡 and here i cant eat properly due to the pain

You should try oil pulling with sesame oil(if not then coconut oil).. temporary relief milta hai usse. Atleast you can eat aaram se.
