I'll be honest here, Disha came out much better in the episodes comparison to when the promos were aired. Even Nakul is decent so far but sometimes he scenes with Vedika do confuse me a bit even though it is one-sided as mentioned through the dialogues.

As Priya, in the first episodes, was bit skeptical but she is decent so far. First week was okay though despite certain random tracks such as the random date which is usually like gambling to pick out the apt partner (probably it could be the execution that was weak in those scenes + the irritation Priya's father exudes when he appears onscreen which is for TRP purposes or filler purposes).

Yeah, not gonna' lie I was worried when I saw the promos because Disha seemed off and I don't if they shot the promos before the actual episodes or not, but if that's the case then it makes sense why she felt kinda' awkward in the promos because maybe it took her longer to get used to the character? Sometimes she seems a little monotone, but I think that because they're trying really hard to make her seem older than she is aka they want her to come off as believable as Priya. A lot of the scenes in the show are kinda hit or miss as of now, but they just need to find their groove.

I also want to ask though, does the editing and camera work of the show seem a little weird to anyone else? The way certain scenes end so abruptly, jumping from one to another, is very confusing to watch, like their transitions make no sense to me.

But I guess we have to hear her chants for sometime in the show until he starts feeling for Priya. And the father is the most OTT and negative out of all.

Yes agreed in some scenes execution could have been even better. But right now I feel it's going strong.

The face that Kunal (aka Ram's friend that usually seems to be in driver's seat and looks WAY too young to be friends with any of them) made while listening to Ram go on about "Vedu ki insult nahi honi chahiye thi" was such a mood! I'm not mad at the writing yet, but the way Ram monologues about Vedu is the most annoying thing about the show, second only to Priya's dad and stepfamily. I do like Vedika as a character, I hope that the show has no plans to turn her into a vamp because she genuinely seems sorry that she's hurting Ram because she clearly still has feelings for him (I actually really liked their scene where she tells Ram to let Shivina marry Akshay, I thought it was Reena's best scene so far). She can be an obstacle while also being a positive character, at least in my opinion, so fingers crossed!

Nothing more than Nakul Disha and their execution of the characters.

Even I was a bit skeptical about Disha.

I mean we have seen Nakul as Adi the soft guy who loved his family and craved for his parents to get back together and have a complete family. Then as SSO smart privileged and a bit wrong at times but Nakul had nailed that character as well.

But Disha I have always remembered as the sweet girl from PKDH and for her to be able to do this is amazing.

It is almost like ram is Adi + SSO but Priya is the opposite of Pankhuri and that makes it watching them even more fun.

Its Nakul & Disha they are the heart and soul of the show with supporting characters being the backbone

Yes Vedu chants are very irritating and I want them to stop ASAP but seems some time that we will see Ram being away from Vedu magic. Ram's friends squad is the second most set of people to watch after PriRa and they are spot on regarding their frustrations with Vedu chants. They are actually us and they are saying the things that we want to say to him regarding Vedika. As much as Vedika and Ram's scene was good in 5th episode. I have full faith that vedu will turn negative unfortunately. Really be pleasantly surprised if writers don't make her negative.

I agree to this...vedika will turn negative. The way how she was talking about how a girl should marry only the person she loves and not caring about status and money, and she was crying.....was she talking about her and Ram? I don't know..but it felt like that. Maybe she's not happy with her marriage. Once she sees Ram being happy with Pri, this will annoy her. We'll only know all of this once they actually show the backstory of their relationship.

Btw... watched all episodes today itself, and I'm loving this show👏 Haven't seen s1, nor nakul or disha before...but things are looking very good!!

Also, Ram's friends seem really genuine and nice!
