Part 1
It had been more than 3 weeks since Shiva and Raavi had started living separately. In these weeks they had got a lot of time to think about their relationship.
Shiva had known the very day Raavi stepped out that questioning her character was out of line. He had no right to do so. Moreover, he always knew she was a loyal person. She loved his family a lot. His insecurities stopped him from apologising from her. He thought that she was better off without him. He wondered why did his destiny bring him closer to Raavi if he had to let her go at a certain point of time. He had thought her going away will solve all the problems which was absolutely wrong. His family was upset with him and he was hurting like hell everyday. He had no one. He felt alone in such a huge family. Occasionally, their childhood would come back to him and he found himself bursting out laughing in his room alone at odd times. He also recalled the times he had called her names always referring their relationship in connection to mami. He was so wrong. They were always in their own world. Their relationship had always been about them two. He wondered if he had not always pushed her away, would she be in love with him instead of Dev? He felt a pang in his heart every-time he saw Dev - Rishita bhabhi and Gombi - Dhara bhabhi having their moments. In those moments, he wanted to be loved too. He wanted to run to her and apologise for making her childhood difficult, blaming her where there was no fault of hers and finally not giving them a chance even when she insisted. Moreover, he had questioned her character. He wanted shout and tell the world that he realises his mistake. He wanted to make everything better but not at the cost of her happiness. He did not realise when she had become his world.
Raavi on the other hand had realised that he was dealing with major insecurities regarding her. She felt if she had handled the situation better, they would have been together. She should have talked to him properly after the dairy incident itself. She should have not delayed it. These days she found herself analysing her relationship with Shiva since childhood. He surely maintained that he hated her but had always been there for her. When she went back to olden days, she realised she saw Shiva everywhere. She wondered how the hell did she even believe she had feelings for Dev. It was all a infatuation and now that had created such a huge turmoil in her life. She remembered how she had been calling him by inferior names since childhood. He may not agree but she knew she was huge part of his childhood. She had somehow ended up adding fuel to his insecurities since a long time now. Karma is a true thing. Now her relationship was at stake because he felt inferior to her. She could never imagine her chattan pandya had so much within himself. There were days she just wanted to run to him and apologise for making his life difficult and also make him understand that he is as able as Dev. Finally they both work at the store! As she decides to apologise, her self respect comes in the middle. He actually thought she would cheat on him she wondered. The thought itself kills her from inside. She could not even imagine someone’s name attached to hers except his and he thought she would cheat on him. She was apologetic and mad at him at the same time.
Raavi was returning back from her classes late and it started pouring heavily. She ran towards her house which wasn’t far away but slowed down as she reached Pandya store.

The shutter was half open indicating someone would closing the store soon. She stared at the store as memories came back to her when they had as a family saved Pandya Store. Shiva was so happy that day she smiled. She saw Shiva cleaning up the counter and he raised his hand to pull the shutter down when he caught her staring at him. She saw him after long. She did not realise when a tear fell off her eye.

Shiva was rooted to the spot. He was surprised to find her staring at him from a distance. He could see longing in her eyes or maybe he wanted to see longing in her eyes he wondered what was true. He looked at her from top to bottom drinking her beauty in. She was surely Somnath’s sabse sundar ladki and the rain pouring on her only adding to her beauty. He so missed her. He just wanted the time to stop.
Kyun meri saans bhi
Kuch bhiki si hai
Dooriyon se huyie
Nazdiki si hai
She didn’t realise she had held her breath all this while. She knew she wanted him back but did not know how they can get back together or even if he was willing. She remembered the multiple times they fought as kids and got back to themselves the very next day.

He could not break the eye lock. It was too difficult. He remembered how things were so much easier when they were kids. Their fights never had a solution but they always moved on happily next day. Raavi walking out of his life on the day of mannat came back to him and he turned around letting his tears flow.

Tears freely flowed off Raavi’s eyes. She could not hold it anymore. One thing she could not handle since years was his ignorance. He had never looked away when she was around. His eyes had always been on her. Him turning around from her broke something in her. She wanted to confront him. How dare he turn away from her. Was he disowning her too?

Shiva felt her hand on his shoulder and he quickly wiped his tears and turned around surprised. He finally after weeks had a closer view of her. His heart flipped as she looked down and put her hair behind her ear. Very first time he could feel she was nervous around him. He wondered why.
Phool mehke nahin

Jaise roothe huwe
Kuch yeh tumse hai
Khusbooien dhal gayi
Saath tum aab jo nahin
She looked at him trying to take his picture in her mind. She wondered when will she be able to see him next. Is this really their end? She saw sweat on his body from the work in the store. Extremely worried, her hands automatically reached out to her dupatta and she started wiping the sweat off his arms, forehead and neck.

He was in another world. Her innocent touches made him go crazy. He had been dreaming of uniting with her day and night. Her coming to him and acting all wifey would definitely make him loose control and hence he held her hand as she wiped the sweat off his neck. It was his sensitive area. He felt so stupid to not realise his feelings earlier. Maybe they could also have their happy ending.
“Tere kapdo mein mere pasine ki badbu aa jayegi.” She spoke softly looking down breaking the silence
“Tu toh nahi hai mere paas, teri khushboo hi sahi.” She spoke as she held sob
Shiva looked up at her instantly as she called his smell ‘Khushboo’. Did she miss him that much that she wanted to take his smell home.
Tears flowed down Raavi’s eyes continuously and she stared at the man she was falling in love with. She shivered as the cold breeze hit her.
Instantly alert, Shiva closed the shutter leaving them inside. He took off his jacket and made wear it. He realised she was fully soaked. She needed to reach home and change quickly otherwise she might fall ill.
“Ghar jaa. Bimar pad jayegi.”
“Nahi. Pata nai ab ye pal kab vapas milega.”
Shiva finally noticed the tears falling off her eyes which were hidden due to her walking to him from heavy rains.
“Raavi tu ro kyu rai hai?” Shiva was now worried
“Tuje samaj aata nai yaa tu samajna chahta nai?” She shouted at him crying
“Raavi”
“Mai tere saath aage badhna chahti thi, tuje apna banana chahti thi, teri hona chahti thi. Par tune mere saare sapne tod diye” she cried bitterly holding his collar for support.
Shiva was shocked as to what he heard. She wanted to make him hers? She wanted to be his? This was all so confusing. He always thought they were on the same page but maybe not! He stood there like a statue unable to react.
She pulled him closer and cried on his shoulder hugging him tightly. She could not act strong anymore. She needed her chattan back.
