What had led to the Kajol-Karan Johar fight?

Was it because of something he asked during KWK?

I know they are friends again but what had happened between them?

Ajay claimed that KRK told him that Karan Johar had paid him to give a bad review of Shivaay which was clashing with his film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Kajol joined in and wrote "shocked" in reply to Ajay's tweets about the issue.

Karan got angry that Kajol has known him for years but could think this low of him and cut off his friendship with her. A few years later, he sent her a message that he was having kids and wanted her to know even if she doesn't reply. She replied back and wished him well and they became friends again.

Yup. Ajay has to be one of the most openly whiny, insecure mainstream actors out there. He is almost like KRK, where he manufactures BS out of thin air, but KRK is better because he doesn't play the victim card like Ajay does

I think one thing you missed in the timeline is, then Kjo went and wrote about the incident in his book, taking the feud to the next level by saying he has been betrayed and the friendship is irreparable

Correction: a. Kajol had not been in talking terms during Shivaaye release, they had fight over some matter a few years prior to that b. Ajay didn't claim that Kjo had paid KRK. There was a phone conversation leak, where KRK himself talked about that.
