This is going to happen. If u think about someone else you will be hurt and at loss..If you think about yourself others will be at loss and hurt. But there is this thin line between these both things which is equal support. Like Here in this case, Rishita wanted help in kitchen but Suman refused it saying ''Boys don't suit in kitchen''. The least they could do is help her in kitchen. This way she could have completed her kitchen work and finished her interview too.

Just giving permission to work doesn't show a progressive nature, letting do the work practically shows progress. Its difficult to find people who are good at both kitchen and work. Everyone tries to manage both. Who doesn't want to balance? But least the family could do is help..

And ofcourse I am not blaming Dev and Krish here at all. They were ready to help but were stopped by Suman

Since I've been skipping family scenes this week, I don't think I should be talking about these interactions. But I do agree about balance and family support.

Re Rishita's character sketch: all I meant is that right from the start she's always thought of herself first. Her pyaar, her shadi; even her andolan for financial independence started because she was getting affected by it....Not saying right or wrong.... Just that she doesn't do anything out of the goodness of her heart.

Okay here you go. I could not stop myself actually from typing this.

But the fact that people expect women to be managing everything single handedly shows how much ITV has glorified women being over worked. If someone does not want to do a particular work or can't find time there shouldn't be a compulsion that he/she has to do it. It's a family not a prison. (But in Pandya Nivas case I can't say much 😂)

And Rishita is guilty for her behavior. She had to be there but she couldn't. She went to give the interview. If she had heard Suman maybe she would have helped her. And she even suggested Adult Diapers for her. Her thoughts are innovative and right. If Suman wears adult diapers there wont be tension of her urinating in public na? And don't tell that it doesn't seem right. My both grandmother's are/were in diapers because they can't walk or balance themselves and this has even reduced the tension of them of embarrassing themselves. So when there is a problem you need to search for solution. Adapt and Evolve. There is no harm.

And her wanting to help the family. She is working for the family only. Because she knows her needs can't be afforded by the family where the whole finance is looked after by Dhara Gaumbi and all Dhara's devars offer their savings also to her. So now she wants to work and look after her needs. So what's wrong in that? I mean if a woman wants to work for herself why is it so wrong? And anyhow she will contribute to the family also! So what's the big deal.

And really the house members should stop interfering in Shivi's relationship. They already interfered once and this is the condition. Now they should rather refrain themselves.

I had thought After Dishita get married Ravi will be sad and her constant banter with Shiva will give her a sense of belongingness and thats how their marriage will happen. But here Dhara Mahan told get married and both did. Now again she wants to interfere.

Rishita even gave an idea of marriage counsellor but Suman rejected it. Now if a girl is giving so many sensible ideas just think about it no. What is this behaviour that "I am right". She is a modern girl and has modern ideas. It can easen out the burden over everyone. But no as long as a woman doesn't work her a*s off she is not a good person.

And please she offered to do the house work because she knew how much Dhara and Suman wanted a child and how they were being taunted for the same. How much the family wanted the child. Hence she was taking care of all. But one person will do how much he/she can do. Mistakes will happen so what you will term her as self centred. Everyone needs an easier life goddammit. No one wants to be working hectic 24/7 atleast not me tho.

And Rishita stands for what she feels is right. She stood against her dad in Shiva's matter, not even caring that her dad can be jailed. She stood with Dhara when all were taunting, she stood with Ravi when she came to know what Shiva did in temple, and stood with Dhara again when all were blaming her. Just that she doesn't keep anything in her heart and this irritates people.

P.s sorry for this long lecture. But yes people need to understand. Over-worked women should not be glorified.

Yes..shiva and ravis relationship is deep rooted since childhood which is beyond the families understanding according to me...it needs to be explored and understood by shivi themselves only.

I still can't believe how delusional the family was shown when Shivi mandir aag sequence was going on 🤔Shivi ke beech sab theek ho raha...ladte-jagadte bache kar lege. Matlab, Shiva had pushed her in front of everyone just the day before, and they thought everything was fine That's when I stopped expecting the family to be the meditators.

That's why I've also been saying that its no longer a family show. It's Shivi love story one week and then Gaura drama next week. Its bait and switch

Why shouldn't people think about themselves? Just a question! I mean what is with this sacrificing thing. And how long will you be happy with sacrificing. Dhara also sacrificed right? What did she get? Suman now is taunting her. I get about compromising. In a joint family sometimes you don't like something you still need to adjust to it. That is fine.

And goodness of heart? Who has that in the whole family? It's better if Rishita remains like this. All the members will get a reality check once in a while. She is the only character who is giving me all vibes. The rest all are still busy in rona dhona.

Waiting for Shivi dahi handi scene for the best.

Till then Rishita is only keeping me sane in that whole show.

Hope Ravi wins and then she gives to Shiva on a condition that, he will drop and pick her from everywhere. They will also come close and yipeee! Shivi once again together ❤️❤️

That's why I said..her behaviour is very subjective..she is practical and reasonable in one moment..and another moment she becomes someone else..she should just tell suman she would help in kitchen but she needs to maid too..

Same thing with taking care of suman..I understand she did a mistake and she was sorry..but the kitchen scene she started justifying herself ..if she was sorry , than why is she justifying herself that she wouldnot have managed even if she heard..

At that point she might have thought she will come in good books just like Dhara. But she failed sadly.

She was explaining Dhara the situation. But yes I agree even if she would have heard then how would she manage? I mean she has no experience of it.

But threatening her in the precap? I don't think that's right. I mean how toxic can you be as a family? Mistakes will happen one day or the other. And I hope it's Rishita's dream only.

Rishita has all the rights to think about herself. Its her life and she has autonomy to make her own decisions.However, I do think there must be some regard about the consequences of your actions on other people lives. Also, I haven't said anything about sacrifices, neither for Dhara or Rishita.

All I said is that I think that for Rishita, her needs are above everyone else.. Again, not saying right or wrong...just saying that's what I understand of her character based on what I've seen before.

Yeahh she thinks for herself. And I didn't mean to outburst like that. But since in my family I have always seen and perceived I liked and feel comfortable around people who thought about themselves and then family, like my aunt. Atleast she is happy and not worrying around. On the other hand my elder aunt is always stressed about everything happening in family and that pretty much scares me. Hence I commented. Didn't mean to offend anyone. But personal experience you can say.

Both go wrong and make mistakes but the younger aunt just says sorry and moves on. But the elder one repents for like 2-3 weeks. That's what makes me see this serial with a more personal experience. My mom is just sandwiched between all but managing. You can say like how Ravi was.
