Different places - Adi got bit by gaon wala non-poisonous snake. Imlie was bit by less poisonous jungle wala snake. Also the girl had been running all around, jumped off a cliff, swam in a river, picked up a 6ft aadmi & rode him on a bicycle to T house without a break - cut some slack to the girl. She needed to recharge for 5 days to have to face DD's face and her "Adi sirf mera pati hai" jaap again. Im fact I feel even if she would have become conscious, she would have feigned sleep, just so that she would not have to see DD's sada hua face.
