Even though I am not entirely convinced with the pairing, I am so so soooooooooo excited

Yes not just anupama , dolly is also intercaste she is dolly patel after marriage and patel is another cast in gujarati community.

So here Baniya , Brahmin and patel are all gujarati community but different open casts . Kapadia is also Gujarat baniya .

No anupama before marriage was joshi when she take out 12 th class identity card from almirah it is written anupama joshi

And can check in wikipedia too. Anupama 'se Brother name is written as bhavesh joshi

Anuj is looking good . This chemistry will work and Anuj is of same age as Anupama. They were classmates and anu got married at age of 18 and had babies soon also and she never looked after herself also so all this makes sense in this show

Good thing about Anuj character here is he introduced himself as her classmate. This also shows he knows his limit and he is not not like any other fellow and he also knows Anupama well.

Not just Anuj charm but also who is selected is talk of the town too - and now he has been seen, ppl have mentioned how handsome he is lol. But more so I hope ppl are excited about Anupamaa and Anuj chapter... cos we cant forget this is Anupamaa's journey.

I also think Anu-Anuj will have a spark, the characterization will click for sure of both characters and how they will and could connect.

I do think the show will highlight and point out how same age ppl's - circumstances and lifestyle plays a part in your appearences too and the lifestyle they live. Not just Anuj and Anupamaa, you even see someone like Devika too

I think now I will start watching Anupama after Anuj's entry 😆 ... this entry has intrigued me and Gaurav is such a hottie, watched him as a kid in LNMDJ. Mera baspan ka pyar aka crush, like how Anupama is his baspan ka pyar.. btw this baspan ka pyar fits them so well 😆...

From the promo seems like a genuine sweet guy. Also a feminist, hey we need more men like that. I am excited to see how their story progresses.. but I am so not interested in other family drama

I love gaurav... does Anuj’s character married in the show? Does he have a family in the show?

Me too, even tho I loved the promo, Anupama’s “thank you” made me cringe a little. Surely after all these years of being corrected at least, she should be able to pronounce “sorry” and “thank you” properly.

Anupama was supposedly a bright student so if she went to school until the 12th in a city, she shouldn’t be speaking with a village accent. Even her own mother and brother don’t speak like that.
