Reason for Shashank's Smile

as we all know he was smiling when keerti said that gappu's case was handled by Armaan .

was wondering why was he smiling

1) his daugter was proved right as couple of mins ago she was telling abt armaans progress
2)or as an intern at his hospital, armaan did an amazing job
3)as sasur ji , wanted best from his damaad and he was getting that 😉

Anyways Its good if Shashank understands that interns need lil space for theirselves too, so then can work more hard.
