Sorry to keep posting in the spoiler thread - but I watched his story again - and he says “today is the last for ME as Aditya Kumar Tripathi - stressing on the “me” part - so AKT will be back- Imlie’s vishwaaas will win but I don’t think it will be GM coming back.

I do not want stupid plastic surgery and all- let the makers formally announce that this new guy will be playing the role and that’s it.
But I do not understand the BTS scene from yesterday - my guess is Imlie’s will have flashbacks of Adi and that is what was shot yesterday.

I agree it is very sudden.. like u said earlier no rumours etc … nothing from the production house or the team except cryptic tweets form bhau.. makes me wonder must have been something that really tipped him over the edge and he just quit.. don’t they have contracts? And filming has not even started yet right? Must be bad if he wants to stay at home!

anyway I am guessing he is going to say he is leaving for personal reasons and ask his fans to keep supporting

Who know he may not have renewed his contract..technically yehi time frame main up for renewals ya genuinly something personal came up ho sakti hai kuch bhi..but still this is just too much..still do not see how many will stick..I won't say show will flop and all kyonki woh kabhi nahi hota audience adjusts they connect to story kehte sab hain but it never actually works that way an whoever will come will carry their own fandom..Loss toh bechare fans ka hi hota hai. Oh well...

So I guess the live pretty much seals the deal.

I hope the next guy is good. ST will do well with pretty much anyone but AKT should be someone who can act hopefully.

The loss is for us who have rooted since day one .. honestly I am not sure I will continue to watch cos I love ST to bits but the story and their connect is hard to replace. Anyway .. it’s an individual choice.. makes me sad cos this is the only show I watched .. ah well.. time to find something else .. defo not another serial.. I don’t think this emotional exhaustion is something I want to go through or can find another if this calibre in terms of chemistry .. but we can’t control other ppl decisions.

As we have been saying..they just made it easier for us to let go..

@sandy akt toh aayega hi usse aana hi hai but I was hoping ti to be GM only as someone else..idk who can itna quickly fit in and at such a crucial point to abrupt too sudden and will not be enough even if they then expose or do whatever nothing will be same and with that I am pretty sure I am out too

I joined the forum for ST and GM pretty much, their acting as Aditya and Imlie. Maybe personal tha decision or something really big came up for him to do this. It had been easy for a while for me to switch off. Ab toh aur bhi easy ho gaya hai. I would still like to see who they get though.
