Ofcourse, Dhara got pregnancy complications, otherwise how will they justify how Godly she is. Mahaan Dhara sacrificed being pregnant at 22 or 23 yrs of age. But now a 33 or 34 yrs woman, healthy woman, no smoking, alcohol, strong woman is having pregnancy complications. She doesn't even live in a metro city where her health is regulated harmed by pollution.
