He's getting more and more frustrated that Sai keeps trying to take care of him. Like he said at the end of the episode yesterday, he is unable to understand Sai. He does not know why she cares so much about his health, when in his mind, she doesn't care about his feelings. He is trying to push her as far away as possible, because he does not want to give any false hope to himself either. It made sense to me why he was more upset today than he was in the past few episodes. Sai keeps pushing to take care of him, and he keeps trying to distance himself...he is growing more and more helpless, hopeless, and desperate...
