To be fair, there was a point where her character was being butchered She was just a comic relief on screen, and I hated it... Esp after the amma that I was used to.

Also, can you imagine, a mother who just had her daughter go through an mms scandal, be that cheerful and goofy? For a while I couldn't relate to her at all

But yeah, I'm glad her character picked up and Geetaji made it into her own thing ❤️

Marriage track yes they made her behave weird and Kirti was only sane person at that time 😆

Kirti is butchered completely and Amma is back to being her sane self.

Even in our show which is better than many others out there... almost every character has taken a tangent, at least once 🤪
