Dev and Rishita scene

Dev says I have looked out some plans for the baby for his/her health and education.

Rishita says do you have money to buy these plans?

Dev says I don't have but going to ask Gautam.

Rishita talks about no money of their own and always have to ask GauRa for money

She continues to talk about how if somebody comes home to ask for money, they should be able to give them. I could not give the helper any money.

Dev asks who came?

Rishita says that is not the point, the point is we don't have our own money

The episode was alright. I didn't feel anything for the ShiVi sindoor scene. Maybe because Shiva threw the potli and then kicked it on her door like a soccer ball. A potli which had sindoor and jewlery that Raavi was willing to pawn for the bedroom. I wish instead he had a fb of her wanting to pawn the jewelry and he just left it at her door and knocked on her door. But this felt so insulting.

Can't believe I am saying this, but DevTa scene was my favorite. Rishita brought up financial security again and this time, for once, instead of being miffed with Dev, she applied for job applications and has interview set up for the next day. Hopefully, Ma and BhabhiMa won't make a mountain put of it with their regressive thinking.

Skipped the mature couple as I have no desire to see them anymore.

Raavi's also trying to apply for Masters instead of moping around and wants to stand on her own two feet. Progressive new DIL's suman has. Glad makers are at least listening to that aspect. Hopefully, the boys will learn to be independent now as well!

I would have been mad if Shivi decided to talk about Krisb during pregnancy reveal.

S- humara baby aane wala hai.

R- Krish kitna gusse mein tha Krishi se. pata nahin kha hoga!

Rishita says Dev is going to be an uncle and the most educated in the family, so he has to decide the financial plan for the baby's future.

She also talks about they cannot have a child now as they are not financially stable.

Dev says he will talk to Gaumbi. But Rishita says it is not the way and says she has applied for a job in couple of places and doesn't want to waste her education.
