Try green apples + Cashew butter if you want to indulge yourself a bit more. Yum!

Yes they are the closest tasting to the most popular Kashmiri Apples which was what we used to get, growing up in India. But after coming to US I was bombarded with the apple atrocity called ‘Red Delicious’ which basically have a texture like rubber and taste like umm, tasteless.😳 . I eventually lost taste for the apples until I discovered ‘Gala Apples’. Though I found it hilarious that now in India they import Red Delicious from US and are the most sought after variety there. You literally find them everywhere in the market and homes. 🤔😆

Honey Crisp, Mcintosh, Ambrosia, and Gala are the most popular here. Basically, the crunchy varieties. Granny Smith are popular too.

Kashmiri apples are juicy, crunchy and creamy - One of the most premium variety!

Wow. I feel like a fcuking idiot. I thought there were only two types of apples in the world (Granny Smith = Green & Pink Lady = Red). 🙂

Shimla Apples are the worst tasting apples in the world. Kashmiri Apples are the best. They are crispy, juicy and extremely sweet.

Aw lol now you know! I am not a fan of apples either way but they pretty much live in my fridge because these little shits last a lifetime. 😳 I just know a few varieties and dunno about any varieties from like Asia etc.

I only like Apple Juice (The unhealthy kind) and Apple Pie (From McDonalds). I’m not much of a fruit either. Only fruit I like is Mangoes and Strawberries (dipped in chocolate) 😆

Shimla apples are the best in India IMO. Especially if you're having it right there in Shimla or within Himachal Pradesh. Also the fresh juices by HPMC there ❤️ I remember in our trip to HP we would somehow find a HPMC stall and stop there for all the fresh juices 🤩

Some apples taste so good, and some are too bland...
