Is today's episode better?

I am really not interested in spoiling my mood and getting frustrated while watching the episode.

I think it depends on your trolling abilities 🤣

If you are emotionally unvested and would like a good laugh you can watch the episode

I haven't seen the episode- only basing of the discussion. Please take the advice accordingly

Am I the only one who is liking the episodes? The tracks are Shivi centric, and every emotion is being explored.

ITV is logic less, and all other stupid shows are 1000 times more toxic and idiotic than PS!

I liked the dance and madness. It was stupid, but it was SO SHIVI like. Both are just locking horns senselessly while the world watches.

All through the parivaar tracks, I had wished Shivi not to try and compromise with each other due to the family. Now they are back to a world of their own. Family members have given up. They have the Dhara pregnancy track to keep them busy.

Ok, I know the level of toxicity with each other is insane, but I liked it. 😆

I am summarising a paragraph I had read once in a book.

Passionate Love is beautiful. But, it has it's problems too. Jealousy would be there; possessiveness would be there, fighting, nagging, quarrelling, intolerance and domination.

When fire is there, there is much smoke. You cannot avoid the smoke if you love the fire. You have to learn to tolerate the smoke.

Of course, there will be great moments, but then, there will be moments of hell too! -that's the price one has to pay.

But kudos to you for explaining it to all of us👏

I had to make the post... if I sat there watching the episode, the Choubeys would be successful in turning my brain pea sized as well

I appreciate your take Piu- but this is honestly not my cup of tea.

But I think you are a part of the majority- it depends on what time you come to the thread. At this time the few of us who congregate really dislike the episode 😆 We come mostly to went our frustrations 😆

But I think Pixie has been liking the episodes so far. And there might be many more who might be wary to post seeing the intial negative reaction.

That is why I think the Alerts no longer make sense- the forum itself is kind of split, and I think the ones who like the episode are a bit quieter.

Finally found the episode (Courtesy of IF summary the EDT, August 7th, 2021)😆

So based on the calendar, it seems Dhara had taken at minimum 3 pregnancy related tests on August 1, 9, and 21. All of which were negative. This is before the Kanwar Yatra (which happened Saturday July 24th). Another hint provided by the episodes on what date it truly is in Pandya Store is their brief flashing of the full moon. In July, the full moon occurred on July 23rd (one day before true Yatra) and in August, the full moon occurred on August 22nd (one day after when they showed the negative pregnancy test). Based on the sequence of episodes, and the fact of the full moon, I'm going to assume that Kanwar Yatra was shown on the wrong date and it's truly August in the Pandya world 😆

Also, considering how Dhara took multiple pregnancy tests in a short span, I will make the assumption that she has a slightly irregular period.

The yatra happened the following day, Shiva and Raavi's split happened in a span of 2-3 days. Raavi had a mustard colored dress (when she went to the park) and now she has a pinkish purplish kurta (after changing out of her bright pink kurta). So let's assume today's Pandya date is August 24th!

So the current timeline is:

August 9th --> negative pregnancy test (covers from July 31st onwards)

August 21st --> negative pregnancy test (covers from August 11th onwards)

August 24th --> positive pregnancy test (should cover from August 14th and onward)

The hormone hCG is released from the embryo after implantation, and that's what urine and blood tests measure to determine pregnancy. Typically hCG is produced and released 6-10 days after conception. Urine pregnancy tests typically do a good job at picking up hCG levels; however, a blood test does a better job at picking up even the tracest amounts. hCG itself rapidly increases, doubling ever 48 hours!

Dhara is so early in her pregnancy that it is hard to determine whether she has any complications, ectopic pregnancies are usually determined by weeks 4-6. And other pregnancy complications require blood tests, imaging, etc... so the CVs have a chance of creating a complication should they want to 😔

August 24th positive means the conception could have happened between August 14th -- August 18th. The episodes immediately preceding the negative pregnancy test was the bedroom SR... so I think it worked out for them here.

Again, assuming Dhara had an irregular cycle because she took quite a few pregnancy tests in August, you would need to add 266 days to the predicted conception date (which in this case is between 8/14-8/18)... that brings the due date for the baby somewhere around May 7-11th should there be nothing wrong with the pregnancy

In comparison, I tried to determine Raavi's birthday. There was another full moon shown in the episode which happened on May 26th (She's a Gemini!). So, after little Tara is born, it should be Raavi's birthday soon if the CVs still remember their own track 😆

Avi, Kudos to you for researching, analyzing, and typing all of this. But makers 💯 won't remember this.

In one of the Haveli scenes Mami mentions that Raavi's parents died when she was 10 days old. I thought they may bring barsi track, and ShiVi can have their moment before the diary kaand, but all's going to be forgotten.

Also, these are the same makers who forgot it was the same day when Raavi told Shiva that she won't fight with him and the dialogue was "uss din". 😂 No way they will remember Raavi's birthday.
