My point of view about Raavi

This is the first time I'm writing something on this forum. Its basically my pov about Raavi ,the character who I love in the serial Pandya Store. The current track & tomorrow's promo made me write this.

So

I started watching Pandya Store just because of Raavi. Her character intrigued me a lot. But since the separation track began I feel her character is shown in a little negative light & it's the makers who are portraying her like this. But still to an extent her reactions make sense to me, maybe I'm coming from a biased pov. She is really hurt & broken & why not she has been humiliated in front of the whole Somnath not once but twice. First due to Dev and now bcoz of Shiva. Raavi is a girl who loves & trusts everyone easily. She's as pure as a child who doesn't have a filter & speaks whatever is in her mind. She cant hurt anyone knowingly & unknowingly if she ever hurt someone she will say sorry immediately & that's proven many times. She's really naive & wants just a little love, care & affection. From the beginning she always wanted a big & happy family because she is an orphan & craves for a family's warmth & love. Dev was a way for her to get that & why not - he protected her, cared for her, gave her respect & attention & was a part of Pandya family. So she began dreaming about a future with him & started living in a bubble. Everyone knew about it , but no one really stopped her or gave her a reality check. She was dragged till the mandap where the bubble bursted & she was made a fool in front of many people. She was all broken & still she accepted the situation somehow & agreed to marry someone who hated her like anything just bcoz she was his mami ki behen ki beti. After that she never looked back & started moving on somehow. Again many misunderstandings came & everytime it was expected that she will have to accept, forgive & move on , which Raavi did till a point. Her banters with Shiva continued, she called him many a things & so did he, that was their bond always they were frenemies, Raavi toh still from beginning wanted his care & affection, but he never wanted any good relations with Raavi bcoz he hated Raavi before Raavi started hating him & Raavi really never hated him, she was just angry on him bcoz she felt he left her alone but as soon as the things soughted, she apologised & started everything again. Everything was going fine & Shiva started falling for her as well , but he never expressed it nicely. Things were normal only in b/w them , with little chy here & there. The banters continued only, so how will Raavi understand. When Rishita insulted him for his clothing, he was okay & told Raavi he doesn't care & all but when Sneha said he was hurt, which is fair bcoz he felt inferior & not good for Raavi. But in both situations Raavi took a stand for him, she never really allowed anyone else to insult him be it maami, rishita, her friends etc. , but Shiva never saw it. He liked her but never trusted her & respected her. Raavi tried many times to save their marriage not bcoz she she was compromising but bcoz she accepted him & their relationship. She also started liking him but feared one more rejection. Still she tried expressing it , but he always misunderstood her. During the mandir track also when she slapped him, she was so shocked & hurt. She was humiliated in front of the whole Somnath again. She was called characterless & her marriage broke again. She took stand for herself therefore then was called stupid, stubborn & ungrateful. Rishita who always blamed Dhara for the smallest of the things started lecturing Raavi bcoz as Raavi blamed Dhara for her marriage. Raavi blamed Dhara just bcoz Dhara was only speaking from Shiva's side & was not understanding her pov. She was again hurt as her Dhara di also did not understand her.

In the current track also, whatever Raavi is doing is reactions to the multiple actions taken. People around her, always impose their decisions on her without actually knowing what she wants & she due to the circumstances created react accordingly. Raavi is as broken as Shiva is. She is in an inner turmoil, all confused & hurt.

Shiva feels that he is not worth Raavi & Raavi feels she doesn't deserve love & happiness, so Shiva left her, both are emotionally vulnerable & are both right & wrong at their places.

P.S. - Its just my pov. I have no intention of offending anyone & Sorry if I did offend anyone.

That's so true.... My heart goes out for Raavi... She's in so much pain without any fault of hers... No matter how much insecurities the way Shiva treated Raavi was absolutely wrong... I'm not even talking about divorce track.... Even at shravan pooja time aur at that time when she even apologized on behalf of Sneha... Shiva insulated her... So much so that she's at the verge of breaking... What kind of love is this?

I wonder what did I miss when everyone says both Shiva and raavi are at fault...imo Shiva is truly going solo in this madness ...trying to fit into the mould which raavis friends believe is best for her... Never try to know her nor talk to her nor discuss..just lash out at her with or without a reason. Everything won't be served on platter by dhara Mata , like buddhi to discuss his insecurities.. Some things he needed to figure out on his own. But this is the same bull headed Shiva of the kangan kaand who cares for none . He wants what he wants.at the end of every track , someone is trying to jump frm somewhere or start acting loony like raavi in the precap .

I always saw raavi as loving and caring person. She forgives people easily and doesn't keep any malice in her heart..all she wants is love ,affection and respect...i always said it, if Shiva takes a step towards her, she will walk a mile for him. Yes she might have made mistakes but in dharas words , galat karne mein aur kisi ke galat hone mein farq hota hai. Mostly raavis wrong reactions are a result of shivas wrong actions. Anyone will lose their sanity with constant yelling and accusations.. she shouldn't be born in the first place in shivas world, she said it right.. . .

Kind that is insufficient for shiva..he probably expected raavi to strangle sneha for insulting her husband. Beat the hell out of her like Shiva did. That's the way honour is protected.

so true. Shiva keeps lashing out for no reason at all. He simply refuses to see good in anything related to him and Raavi. And the was he took such important life decision (divorce) for himself and Raavi without even giving her the choice was absolutely ridiculous. His intention might have been good but his ways are veryyyyy wrong.

I also want to add one more thing... Shiva is the one person since childhood who didn't show her any kindness, he always hated her... How would she know his suddenly change of feelings... Still she tried her very best to understand him... Which she did... She understood his insecurities but Shiva always keep insulting her, never lete her come near him, she couldn't help himmat even if she tried, which she did but he kept humiliating her, and at the end she burst... Every person has a limit of tolerance... And Raavi tolerate a lot... So I don't believe that Shiva and Raavi both are at fault... Raavi has no fault in any of this.. I can't think of a single thing which she should have done to make this situation better... She tried all... And precap it shows how Shiva broke her... She is hurt and broke to the extent that she's ready to humiliate herself in her anger and hurts... That's truely heartbreaking... Raavi definitely deserves much much better
