And he addressed her as Mrs Raghav Rao

He helped Pallavi while she was not unwell even when truth is not revealed..

After the truth reveals he never regrets for marriage but he regretted for his actions which he did to Pallavi...

He might have said that he considered marriage as deal but his was genuine he was husband for her from. The minute he married to her..

Actions speaks more than the words

He was ready to do pooja with Pallavi but amma cancelled it because she came to know abt the blackmail.

Even if the truth has not been revealed he would have been a husband to Pallavi..

Exactly. He was her husband from the moment they were married and he would have never mistreated her even if the truth never came out. We were expecting him to put in effort in the relationship and that's what we saw throughout. He takes marriage seriously even if he said otherwise (that was out of anger).
