1. When Mandy tries to have pallu in her life and throw Raghu out of her life pallu might try to trick Mandy
—- divorce thing not sure she signed it or not maybe she signed but keerti might trick Raghu to sign the papers

2. Fire on her saree represent her marriage with Raghu will come to an end with divorce papers signed
Whole family tries to save her ( truth might be out )
3. Only Raghu rips the saree and saves pallu
Means Raghu will be the one who will bring the truth of Mandy and save there marriage
—— basically they will drag this as it will go till manvi wedding
On the d day Mandy will end up in jail / dead
Raghvi remarry I feel with blessings of both family
