Just watched the clip twice and also context. My POV is they are working and her tone suggested she is just lazying around on the couch. Ofc the elitists will try to make her sound crass. From my perspective there isn’t even context to take a diff (crass meaning) of what elitist shams and Neha tried to imply ) and don’t forget. Even sastaa vakeel had to say shamita can’t cook (she couldn’t even come forward and say so herself) while in that clip context for divya and akshara from Neha and shams was what are you good for… so the other person says aap to pair faila ke. Meaning stretching your legs and lazying around while we work.

so once again. Agree to disagree. This time strongly as this implies aksharaa was being v cheap. And I don’t believe so …
