I am a feminist at heart, and I love Raavi! I love her. It's okay to be unapologetic about what kind of a man you would want in life but isn't okay for you to expect the other not equally involved in the adjustment.

Similarly, for Shiva! It's okay to immerse and love passionately, but it isn't okay to consume someone who doesn't desire you the same way.

I wouldn't say I like adjustments, and if my counterpart does: then it's a miserable life for me. It's good that they are parting ways.

Also, there's no ideal relationship in the real world too. Couples fight worse, but then there's love. We accept the toxicity of a lot of things in life. The fact that these two are heaving in rage against each other shows how deeply they affect each other.

They are just two people who want different things in life.

That's why I have always said that these two have imaginary relationships with each other in their mind.

I think Shiva should just stop being Shiva and become Dev. The family would be happy, Raavi would be happy, he can also just be peaceful in life. Itna khoon jala raha hai and for what?

And I don't mean in terms of dressing or education. I meam in terms of attitude.

- He has been stewing for those stupid kangans all his life. He took on Maami and Raavi head on for those, and so he became the junglee villain(god forbid anyone treats Maami like the villain, or even say a word against Raavi 😒). After putting his life and marriage on the line to get the kangans, Suman happily hands them off for building a room. The end result for his lifelong obsession was that he became an emotional fool and an imbecile. He should have been cool like Gaumbi and Dev and just not cared.

- The whole Raavi deserves better. Had Dev been in his position, he wouldn't have cared two hoots about Raavi ka ghut ghut ke jeena. He would have happily jumped on the compromise bandwagon. 😕 Shiva has to go into the "my wife is not happy" and then go against the family for her happiness.

He should have just gone about his life and not acted if Raavi was comfortable or not. Dev seems to be getting along fine bu doing that to Rishitha- and he apparently loves her.

It hurts to see him so invested in things and people when he just becomes worse in everyone's eyes 😕

PS. This post might have been better in the Frustrations Thread 🤣

PPS. For people who feel Raavi was misunderstood, sorry, I never saw any love or even liking from her end 😐 As far as I am concerned Shiva was fully justified in his thinking- his actions were terrible of course. He could have just produced the divorce papers without the Tel Masala jaap.

And ravi said she never understood shiva..when she wanted shiva to compromise with their marrg, she believed shiva did like her enough to live together atleast like friends...but after mandir she believed she was wrong in understanding him. He hated her all the time..

That samaj dialogue was really quite loaded.

Imo, Raavi was trying to relate this Shiva with the Shiva she's known since childhood. Him always lashing out so brutally to the point of really hurting her is not the Shiva she's known. She's made some passing references that bachpan mein bhi nafrat thi, but yeh essentially nafrat vali nafrat hai. That's why she thinks she's never understood him. 😒

On the other hand, like you said z Shiva actually believed he understood her correctly because he understood what Raavi wants in a partner. That's why he started believing that they need to separate.😒

I also thought that dialogue was a bit too soon coz both were only focussing on a particular chapter of their story. It was a few hours after their separation and their emotions were all messed up. So they couldn't see the other person's pov.

If only, they knew how to communicate 🤔

Sooooo her marriage lower than Dhara.

Shiva used to prove that before but now he is taking a stand for their happiness in his own Warped way.

Dhara bhabhi is the supreme power.. everything in PS universe is lower than her 🤣

By his logic, Raavi would always want to marry someone richer or well educated than him.

When you better yourself because you want it- for your own sake, there is something cery empowering and liberating about it. Then it doesnot matter who comes and goes in your life, who believes in you or not- you have a sense of pride in you achievement 🤷‍♀️

Sorry I am nitpicking in a ITV show 🤣 I am going to stop

@bold: very well said! sadly the makers won't understand this, and as usual will give us the opposite of what we want 😆

Hence, I haven't even tried to watch the OG despite such a beautiful storyline and execution.

I did watch KM Scenes and found them cute but not my cup of tea.

The OG Template will never work for the TRP audience who are used to beizzati and toxicity 😆

I agree with you on this. Whats a story without drama, angst, hurt and separation?

Whats a fight without pushing and pulling, name calling, and hurting each other?

As much as I like cutesy scenes, but I can't enjoy them without the intensity, spark and chemistry of the actors playing it.

I am still somewhat ohk with the shivi storyline.if they handle raavi's realisation well, this would be a good track for me.of course it could have been much much better.

What bothers me is the family's insensitivity and immaturity.🤕🤕🤕
