What if this divorce is a dream sequence 🤔
We saw Shiva strangling raavi in his dream
Maybe raavi gets divorced in her dream
When she throws paper on his face the dream finishes
I hope it’s something like that anyway but with ps makers it’s useless even predicting

I found a difference of thought, Maahi! 🧡
I actually don't mind having a divorce track if it is shown sensibly. I think right now, they are stuck in a vicious cycle of doubt, anger, and hatred. Shiva is making decisions for Raavi without her consent... in a way, he's using the same emotional 'manipulation' that was used during the wedding track.
A therapist might help here, but sometimes that's not the end all solution. I say this because there are patients who are extremely adamant and unwilling to open up, and when medical professionals think they won't be able to help, they actually tell the patient to find someone else. Many therapists have long waiting lists here in the US, and they can't waste their resources or time for patients who are adamant and unwilling to speak up. So, like a lot of medicine, you get what you put in. If Shiva is unwilling to speak to an outsider, therapy will not help, as much as we wish it would help (which is why it's always important to be truthful and willing to speak to a doctor, if you don't trust your doctor, find a new one! they won't take offense, you're health matters to them more)
Again, maybe it's poor writing/editing, but I see scenes where Shiva is heartbroken (which is even more highlighted by KD's acting), and I don't see any scenes where he opens up (this is why I am unsure about the therapist considering his longstanding history of bottling up his emotions). In his blindness, he is doing everything he can to push Raavi away. He's taking away her right to sit down and think. Every "sit-down" talk they should've had ended up with an even bigger argument and tears. And I don't think keeping Raavi and Shiva together would be right at this moment.
Both of them need to leave the Pandya house. Go on a mini vacation, alone. Sort their thoughts out without interference from their family.
Coming back to the divorce idea, if I believed in the CVs (which I do not), they could've made this track work. Shiva thinks Raavi's unhappiness is tied to him. But if they divorce (or are on the track to divorce and are just waiting for their court date) and Shiva continues to see her unhappiness, the spark in her eyes fully gone, it would invoke some sort of emotion. Because all those theories he built were completely wrong. In his curiosity, he could reach out to her, and she could finally have some sort of dialogue where she blames him for her unhappiness, asking him how dare he ask her what's wrong when Dev left her at the altar that day, and Shiva committed the same mistake now... giving her up at a time when she was most vulnerable. It would've paved the path for a proper Shiva redemption arc.
He could re-discover what love is. So far, he's seen GauRa falling in love, but they were in completely different scopes. Both of them were friends who trusted each other, and Shiva could make amends by first becoming Raavi's friend (telling her that even if their relationship doesn't work, they shouldn't forget that they are family via Suman and Mausa-Pa). And in the process of becoming friends with Shiva, Raavi could have the chance to see Shiva beyond his junglee behavior because for the first time, he is not taunting her, disrespecting her, but actually trying to get to know her.
I don't know 🤷♀️ I actually imagined an entire divorce track playing in my head and I fell in love with the idea of them divorcing, and re-discovering themselves and each other now that they weren't forced to be together due to "marriage" and family.

A beautiful track if they can do it sensibly.
But for me, divorce tracks are always the ones that make me disconnect with the couple. I feel the divorce should come after exhaustion of every other means. And also The fact that they didn’t exactly fight for it like they should have. Giving up on a relationship isn’t ever a solution. And I do not want the crowd to learn this.
In reality, after divorce the couple coming back is rare. The people should know that in reality, after divorce a person just say- Good riddance! And move on. That fairytale where a person thinks ki okay now I can sit and think. And I can perhaps connect withe person again. It just doesn’t happen.
There might be thousands of couples, who are maybe fighting viciously in their marriage. For once I want the CVs to be sensible and show how a couple battle such circumstances and reach each other without involving a separation.
I want Shiva and Raavi to separate. No doubt. But not divorce. I want Raavi to revisit her memories and stay with her aunt and realise that Shiva hd been improving with her. Going soft on her. And suddenly he flipped after Sneha. I want her to think what went wrong? She witnessed his anger but I want her to witness his hurt too. I want her to think about her words and how cutting they were. I want her to meet one of her friends and realise how vulgar the words that friend spoke were and why Shiva reacted that way. I want her to watch her hand and think about how her violence is not dependent on him. I want her to see her gentlemen friends n realise that he has always been more protective of her before they were even married. That she missed him in his absence. That somehow, he has become a sort of habit ghat she cannot break. I need an ache. An incomplete feeling that course Through her veins.
And meanwhile I want Shiva to go out of town for some weeks and meet new people, a couple and through their small fights and backstory, find out where he went wrong. I want him to realise pushing her away isn’t a solution. I want him to miss her and realise he cannot live without her now. I want him to feel upset about harshly using his words and maligning her name in his fit.
I want all of this without divorce because I do not want them to send a message that for a restart in a marriage, for a new beginning, you need a divorce. Of course space will be good. They need time. Sure. But not divorce. Because if a relationship is worth saving, it better be saved before u give up.

While I love the thoughts of how the story could be salvaged- I think I am going to ground the two of you. This is ITV, more specifically, PS is a TRP run show.
Marriage, divorce, fidelity, redemption- these are pretty much jokes here. Or rather, just simple plot points to move the story forward. They don't delve into the effects of these decisions. In most ITV shows, people get married, re-married, have affairs, have multiple wives 😳 And I am talking about popular shows with high TRPs
We will probably have a divorce track with no thought process from the people involved, but lot of mud slinging and self blame. It is what gets them the most drama 🤷♀️
Raavi will most probably wake up one fine day and be in love with Shiva- no explanation whatsoever. They will maybe have an apology from Shiva( I am now not sure of this also at the moment 😐) And then then they will jump to remarriage track 😒 I think that would give them good TRPs
I think we can safely forget counselling and introspection 🤪

@bold, you didn't make it dramatic enough Srii 🤪
We're probably going to get Raavi praying to Bholenath in the temple about where her khushiyaan is, and when she opens her eyes, she sees Shiva. Meanwhile, Shiva storms away from her angrily, but her duppatta falls in his face. He slips, tumbles into her, catches her, stares into her eyes... and bam... they realize they love each other 🙄 Apologies don't need to be said, because this is a match arranged by God...
And lol, I know... this is TRP drama, sense and reason don't fit 😝
