Whatever be the reason, it's Zee TV who showed his true colors by making that statement.

Otherwise we all knew from Day 1 that Akshara comes from a conservative background so she would've old school thoughts like "ladki ki izzat" and all.

Ugh I agree - what is this - Koffee with Shamita? Nonsense 🥱

I just wrote OT on the DDT:

Zee’s “aurat ho toh dayre mein raho” in isolation is a problematic statement and needed to be bashed - I fully agree. But solely bashable? And for him to not even be given a chance for “mera woh matlab nahi tha” even though in this case, that statement was in response to Akshara’s ceaseless aurat aurat maa behen nahi hain screeching. And then a timeout to boot - very mature KJO smiley32

And Akshara’s extra pathetic “kitne mein ho” among all the other shit she screeched, doesn’t even get a mention? Her violence and false accusations against Zee don’t even get a mention? Because “BB keh chukay hain”? Wtf? BB didn’t even touch on her behaviour with Zee - they focused on the threats - bas.

Can they just stop with the feminism bullshit on BB? Women having to be respected, while they have free reign to behave abominably is not feminism. BB’s extremes are shit - kabhi glorify men for treating women like shit, and kabhi whitewash women for the same in the name of feminism. Pathetic.

KJo lost the plot too soon. He made it sound like he had done his homework well, but somewhere down the road lost his game and started talking trashy stuff under the pretense of hosting and moral policing. Thankfully, we’ll see him only four more times (half of which I’ll be fast-forwarding). 🤢
