Both these shows came when SM was not really active. This seemed very common in shows back then. But that won't work now. Look at what happed to Kasauti 2. Even Silsila faced huge backlash. Even if Drashti hadn't quit, they would have given Mauli more importance and showed her journey. In Anupama, they tried to redeem Vanraj and bring him together with Anupama after his affair was exposed. But that was also rejected completely by audience. TRP aunties will accept ML losing his way temporarily. But they won't accept him sleeping with FL's sister now. If they show Jasfa consummation, then there won't any redemption possible for F. So they will keep on giving Jasfa lollipops to keep fandom happy but no consummation.

Agreed completely. In Anupama they did try to redeem Vanraj and make Anuraj happen but it was completely rejected by the audience so they had to get them divorced after stretching forever.

If Fateh sleeps with Jasso, that’s it. There is no coming back for him. He isn’t a ML anymore. Noone’s gonna accept him for Tejo.. maybe Jasfa fans will accept him for Jasso but that doesn’t matter as aunties don’t care for Jasfa 😆
