Now precaps are misleading always - we don’t even know of Imlie did actually gave the wrong medicine- Malini could have very well just choked on a pill- with the flip flops happening, imlie might be back to doubting didi and catching her red handed or it could go the route of her accusing imlie but there is no way Adi is going to keep quiet if imlie is accused of putting anyone’s life in danger.
