Fan slashes wrist

Though Balaji's show Khwaish on Sony is going off air without any notice, the twenty-four year old lead, Yasir Shah has managed to attract a big female fan-following. The actor recently had a rather scary experience with one of his fans. One of the fan from Delhi slashed her wrist after hearing the news of show going off air as she would not be able to see her favourite actor any more.

When contacted Yasir said, "Yes recently I got a call from Delhi from a sixteen year old girl's sister saying that she has cut her wrist and is admitted in hospital because Khwaish was going off air. It was a strange feeling as when someone goes to this extent in adulation, it can be scary."

On asking whose fan he is in real life he says, "it's Katrina Kaif all the way."
