To be fair to him, this was his first show, and it was airing at a prime time 9pm slot against Zee TV's Bhagyas, which were a juggernaut. The pressure to get TRP was insane, and he had zero clout as a producer since it was his first show- he was pretty vocal about how the channel stepped in and took over the story at that point, and how much he hated it, both while the show was airing and afterwards. I think he hated what became of KHKT even more than viewers did.

I think the main reason he took 6.30pm this time was probably to avoid that kind of ghostwriting by the channel again.

My mom has learnt a special way to wear a saree that doesn't slip off even in crowded local trains 😎

Aww that is sad that they would take away his creative license for his own show, especially his first show. Ugh this TRP game is what kills the creativity in ITV shows.
