Bee, the thing is I'm a very over the top friend. And all my friends know this. I do massive amounts of PDA, I keep loudly and proudly keep declaring "I love you"s, I'm showering people with compliments all the time, and I'll keep doing gestures for no reason. And all this is irrespective of gender. And 99.9% of the people in my orbit know this and have figured out an equilibrium with me. So mere liye all these things are friend behavior- it's hard to distinguish when someone is being flirty.

Plus, I repeat- some people are just really, really bad at flirting.
