Anchal was shipped offscreen with Shagun too but she never used Shanchal and Pravi toh...🤪 He has made his onscreen GF from previous show as his behen... infact, all the female costars he has been close with so far have turned into offscreen behen or didi for him.
He never bothered with promotions before even when the show was sinking in TRPs so doesn't make much sense.
