Was just catching up on yt... and this was so fun 😆 Gotta give it to him. He's doing a great job for a 12 yo, patiently answering all those questions about Flotus! And Who asks about girlfriend to a kid? Although, Sanam doing rehearsals for just 3 hours was the highlight 🤣

So I watched last week's DD3 episodes and wow, what fantabulous acts 👏 Though I made the mistake of staying for the drama and omgggeee 🤪

The horror act by Papai-Antara-Tarun was next level uff. The camerawork, and damn Antara!!! She's being flipped and flopped and thrown around but she still steals the show. Then there was Kumar and Pallavi. Pallavi was a wayyyy better Madhubala than Esha. I mean, that's an impossible legacy to live up to, but at least Pallavi didn't mess it up. Although, towards the end, I could only watch Kumar I really feel sorry for Pallavi and also Somansh tbh, who's even watching them when it's Kumar and Akash dancing beside them?? 🤣 It's kinda bumming really, they aren't supposed to be the competitors. At least the choreographers should try to minimize their roles 🤪 Like, in Yogesh-Aman, even though Yogesh is way better, Aman still gets to shine. Anyway, what struck me most in the two episodes was Soochna. Ooo emmm gee... what energy!! She killed Vaishnavi with her energy 👏 Still can't believe she's 40.. I mean I got exhausted watching her

Aaaand... @robz you were absolutely right. I loved Rupsa wayyy more than Arundhati. I mean... ehh... whatever those two did, I didn't like at all 🤪First off, their energy was way too less for the beats in Dil jalon ka. I understand Arundhati was in heels, but I didn't like her at all in the act, she was way too aggressive I guess. And I anyway don't like Kishan soo 🤪 Just my personal bias maybe.

As for the drama... I feel like DD3 is feeling a lot like SD. I watch very little TV shows, but I can't help noticing the similarities... maybe because half of the genius brains here were once in SD. But many stuff felt repetitive tbh... like Vaishnavi-Soochna's bit on Afreen Afreen... Gunjan-Sagar playing SRK-Kajol felt so similar to Anshika-Aryan... even Antara's makeup reminded me of Shilpa's prank makeup 🤪 And they even made Gunjan and Somansh recreate DDLJ in Pari-Soumit style,,, both of which were cringe 🤪 And what was that with Nora and Bharti fighting for Harsh??? It was Cringe Max Ultra Pro 🤪 And another slight bit that felt very creepy was when Harsh, Dharmesh, and Tushar played villains chasing Bharti.. I mean, please don't give ideas to the public 🤬 I honestly was starting to love watching the show with the great performances but those SD-rip-off stuffs and cringey problematic drama again changed my mind 🤪

Glad u liked the performances i mentioned, they really need special mentioning because we should appreciate great acts 😆

At least now Kumar is wearing tops otherwise it was super duper hard to look away from a half naked Kumar doing Katthak 🤣

As for Arundhati and Kishan, poor guy looked outright miserable throughout the performance in his costume 🤣 it looked really tight on him to move freely. Rupsa was waayyyyyyy better.

And u deserve my shashtang dandawadh pranam for enduring the drama 👏 i only watch the dance and then forward. They do 4 performances in 1.5hr, its too much

I'll always be bitter with SD for ignoring Ritik after the second season. All other finalists have been called multiple times except him 😒

But we get to see these two at least. Favorites ❤️

Season 1 : Masoom and her performance on Black movie theme. Although I don’t prefer her dance style but she was the most consistent and versatile in that season. I loved Ditya more, personality wise, her being a tomboy and her demeanour was really cute and respectful.

Season 2 : Vivek Jogdande, his performance with Muskaan on Tu hi hai. Vivek was the cutest and the most humble kid that season and he was one of the strongest dancers. Sony owes him big time, he didn’t deserve that elimination just because his guru Ruel was sick. Unfortunate? Yes. Plus his and Sagra Bohra’s wild card performance was very underwhelming, Vivek kind of knew they wouldn’t select him, they selected the two little kids mostly for hype and trp for the show. Vaishnavi ended up becoming an actor and not sure about the other kid.

Arushi Saxena. Sathiya, Tharki Chokro and many more. Honestly she was amongst the weaker dancers that season yet herself, Nishant and the team worked so hard the entire season and hers were one of the best, most elegant and mesmerising performances that season according to me. Sadly the audience didn’t save her. I stopped watching the show after both my favourites got eliminated.

Personally I never liked or understood Vivek (chacheri?) and Pratiek’s concepts, they always complicate their acts and concepts and it’s OTT and not subtle, hence never enjoyed Rithvik and Akash Thapa’s performances. Paul, I have always loved but don’t particularly remember any one performance. This was my least favourite season, obviously. 😂

Season 3: Gaurav, (It was Rupsa and Tejas before.) loved both his auditions, his freestyle with Raghav Juyal and his battle with Naithik. Seriously Gaurav is the most talented and technically sound dancer in all seasons. He is already taking workshops and teaching dance to kids and adults at this young age. How amazing is that? He will shine bright and make India proud on international platforms, not to say that, going international is the benchmark but seriously he is just amazing.

And what makes him special is the fact that he chose popping as his style, there are not many popper in the country, everyone is doing hip hop and open style these days but popping has its own charm, it always draws more attention if done well. And of course the constant work he is putting on his skill, it’s beautiful to see that. One can tell how important dance is for him and he is not wasting his time making vlogs and prank calls. 😂😛

Tejas is a super star. His best was his grand premiere performance. Sadly his solo piece could have been better, Tushar most probably did not put too much effort into that solo act. Tejas deserved a better solo from Tushar. I have watched High fever and can say that Tejas was utilised so beautifully in that show with Punit Pathak’s choreography and concepts. Tushar was amongst the better dancers in that season as a dancing partner/guru, the rest of the choreographers hardly dance, but he didn’t do anything to help Tejas, Tejas was already a star and Tejas literally carried himself to the finale. I love Shettyyyy but this is what I feel.

Rupsa is Bollywood queen and the most versatile dancer of the season and truly deserved to win along with Nishant. Best season hands down.

Season 4: I am rooting for Flow from day one, her control is so good and she has this innate style in her which helps her a lot to shine in every frame. But she is struggling to pick up choreography in a small duration and Tushar’s choreography is not helping her much. Let’s see what happens. I want the eliminations to start, right now it hardly feels like a competition. May be flow and her Tushu sir can work better under pressure. Lol don’t know. I think my criticism of Tushar comes from the expectations I have from him, I don’t care about the other performances this season, only wait to see if flotus will do well. Haha

About Vivek, it really pisses me off how unfair Season 2 was Firstly, eliminating Vivek like that for no fault of his!? Where were Ruel's assists? Look at this season, how many chances the kids are getting if they are sick! Jay stayed on for four weeks before he was sent back. And here Spriha was away for 3 months And they don't even have an excuse because voting hadn't even started yet.

Ooh I didn't realize Vivek came back with Sagar in the wildcard! It was definitely not a very good performance. And choosing Vaishnavi and Akash over him was just... everyone knew why I'm glad we still get to see Vivek here and there though. Ruel didn't abandon him completely.

And absolutely agreed. Gaurav is another level of talent I can't say for sure he's the best, coz all kids are different and many are supremely good at their styles (Dipali, Mishti and Yogesh for example), but Gaurav is like one of India's best talents in his style for sure And those performances you mentioned were It's great he's teaching kids now. I mean look at Amit, Gaurav's sure doing a wonderful job
