Method acting is when an actor is in character all the time. Behaving completely like the character even offscreen. Heard it's damn difficult to do. Supposedly heath ledger did it to play joker on batman movie. got into depression and took to drugs poor guy.

I didn't know it.. if it's the case, good he stopped doing it... he was just turn off onscreen nd off screen.
