That's what I said in my post. That the Afghans who are managing to get away can create pressure on the international organisations so that they are forced to act.

Canada and Britain are already taking in refugees; so is India. I don't think any government can do anything on its own right now; there has to be an UN resolution mandating action against the Taliban. And for that to happen, all five members of the Security Council have to be on the same page. China will definitely not let any action be taken, that I'm sure of.
