E.g. if you know you're sharing a room with your bro, who came home around midnight, wants to eat and go to sleep, why keep "live" at that ungodly hour, and ask him to say hi for a couple of minutes when all he wants to do is go to sleep?

I'm not saying he's doing everything with his brother's consensus. But statements on the controversial subjects like these.. KD can't come upfront and take his defense or accuse or make any statements for that matter as there's a public image attached to his work that he has to save for his future as well

For example in that cryptic post where out of impulse KD wrote everything and ofcourse it received a lot of backlash and he had to delete it. So after that he has been generally quite on any such matter and Karan speaks too much of what all Kanwar cannot.

P.s. It reminds me how during IPK days, some fans sent links/prints of their ffs (with mature content) to Sanaya and Barun. Man I cringed so hard at that.😬😬

That makes sense.

And if they're doing that and stalking this thread, hope they just stop making these statements. Sooner or later it will catch up and will do more harm than good especially if Karan acts as his spokesman.

I'm very curious about the results of your research paper 🤣

Fully off topic, but it kind of reminds me of the current ABO issue in the fanfiction fandom. Apparently there's some copyright issues, and junior lawyers/lawyers/judges are all reading and evaluating X-rated fanfiction (since that's most of ABO) and then debating on whether fans can write ABO fanfiction 🤣 Poor, poor lawyers for having to read all those X-rated fics

I'd be too embarrassed to go to work and be super self conscious on camera. I'd have to quit the profession.

Well the topic of the research paper was exactly what your off topic was. Fanfic/vidding fandom and legalities around the derivative work. Had to inclide quotes, so was trying to get celebs input on reading their own work.

The result, you ask? None. I had to abandon and change the topic. It was about a decade ago, and there just wasn't enough material to read and testimony for it to be a 5 page minimum "research" paper.

P.s.Lawyers having to read that is hilarious. But technically it will be all the paralegals and first year associates anyways. Who knows if they're enjoying some action while they're reading it at late night trying to prep for the case?! It just may be a breather for them from all the other legality work.😂😂

I think I would be the opposite of you. I would counteract messy, embarrassing fanfics with serious, melodramatic fanfics where everyone dies except me so the audience will never get a chance to pair me with anyone... and then if I ever go on an interview where I am forced to read fanfics, I would read out my own melodramatic ones and praise every single last word 🤣

I know it won't stop anyone from writing, but hopefully there'll be more Avi survivor stories out there
