Okay I agree he's a subpar actor.. but being his first show I think he has scope to improve. Don't get me wrong I am not trying to defend him for his actions. But he can improve only when given the right direction and guidance and that goes for anybody in any field of profession. But in his case from what I can see from the outside and what I'm personally feeling he's being misguided and mis influenced by his company in regarding these awards as a big recognition for that matter.

Maybe I can be wrong, just my observation.

Hopefully, this doesn't come off as judgmental, but Shiny lost the award to Best Actress when she failed to connect to Dhara sometime during the haveli episodes. Her performance seemed so lackluster and it was clear she was tired.

Meanwhile, despite how silly the track was, Kanwar did his best to portray every nuance he could for Shiva. I don't think there was ever a day where I couldn't connect to his acting. He did a wonderful job with angry Shiva, creepy Shiva, soft Shiva, heartbroken Shiva... even in the wedding sequence, his expression as he looked towards the noose... I couldn't help but appreciate him!

Shiny has started overacting : her sasta slow walk for new room SR, her see-saw reaction of being ‘maaaa’ and giving tharki looks to pati across 3 sleeping adult devars to her chahiye to chahiye screams:

All were OTT. She lost the plot somewhere.

On the other note: it feels like she acts thinking

Sasta award in front of her:

‘Chahiye toh chahiye’ (award)

Love forever (iconic award)

It’s all about Dhara me myself & balidaan (no awards for long, so bas, ab toh yeh bhi chalega)

She lost respect
