Why is Bhansali casting B list actresses for Heera Mandi?

I heard he is casting Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Quraisi, Richa Chaddha, Manisha Koirala for the Netflix series.

Manisha Koirala was a A list actress until Dil Se. Later she did many B grade films and also she is an alcohol addict. Why is Bhansali casting her? Only he knows. May be he is trying to bring Khamoshi days.

Sonakshi Sinha: I mean seriously? She looks like a mooty aunty. Will she be able to dance katthak? Yuck. She would look so bad in those attire.

Huma Quraisi : Yickss... She is not even B list. She is a C list actress. So bad. 🤢

Richa Chaddha is only good choice. Others are so B list.

I am feeling kind of offended on these actresses behalf. They are not b-listers and even if they are so what. Art and its expression, be it through any medium, should be above petty compartmentalization.

All these are fine actresses.

This series is being promoted as magnum opus by SLB and Netflix.

Sonakshi, such a big star and Huma, OMG, she is even bigger star will make t a true magnum opus Netflix series. Woah ! What a casting.

Jokes a part. Some actors are not meant for magnum opus because magnum opus needs strong screen presence by actors. Sonakshi and Huma are B Listers. They have zero screen presence to be cast in magnum opus. Yucks...
