This is so precious... first woman to give birth wishing the most intelligent human in the universe!!
I never understand the need to wish a family member on social media, unless she's just seeking attention again.
You live in the same house- how about wishing him face to face? Lol.

It's socializing. It's keeping your well-wishers informed about your life.
When you throw a party for your partner, would you think "why is she throwing a party to declare her love for her husband, why couldn't she have done it privately"
Some do it privately, some do it publicly, some do it both ways. To each their own. Like, how do you not know she didn't wish him in person?

Throwing a party and posting on social media are vastly different things.
Wishing on FB or wherever is not 'socializing'.
If you have already wished someone in person, doing it on social media with declarations of love just comes across as attention seeking.
Nice pics! ❤️
Bebo looks so much smitten with Saif even after becoming a mother of 2 kids. 😳

Don't all celebs do this? Forget loved ones; they're wishing even colleagues on social media on their own feed. Hell, a lot of people do this, celeb or not.
Anyways, Sara also wished him as did his sister Saba

Wishing colleagues is still different because it is not someone who is probably next to you while you are posting this stuff online for them.

I didn't say they are the same; but they are different forms of socializing. They are called social networks for a reason! lol
One could call someone attention-seeking for throwing parties also.
On social media, people share glimpses of their life, especially the happy moments like birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, etc. There is nothing wrong in letting your followers know who or what you love and how much you love them.
Anyway, I actually disagree with the negative connotation attached to attention-seeking. Everyone seeks attention and validation to a degree, because by default human beings are social animals who crave for attention from other humans. Most things we do online, we do it out of the need to attract attention to ourselves. Posting a picture of a place you visited? Must be for attention. Posting your selfie? Must be for attention. Posting a quote you believe in? Must be for attention. And that is okay.
