You remember the episode in which pallavi finally agreed to marry raghav. There she said a dialogue " tumhare liye shadi ek deal hai. Lekin mere shadi apne aap ko kho kar "....something like this. She said very meaningful things regarding marriage. It symbolised that even though hers was a forced marriage she wanted to respect the institution of marriage. That's why she carried all symbols of married women like sindoor and mangalsutra
