The reason to say that to Mandar is..he made himself the helpless attention seeking patient of memory losd whom Pallavi was forced to give attention to so far...now with Aai being critical she is telling him boss I have more critical patient to deal with so you buzz off.

Dont think of this as her not thinking of Raghav or Raos. Thats not in comparison at all. This is the girl looking after her Maayka...and the most weakest at her Mayka is right now Aai.

Arre nahi . I never meant to compare importance of raghav or raos to mandaar . That tum bhi nahi made me feel ki vaise bahut importance hain uski pallavi ki life mein and not just someone whom she was being sympathetic too.
