Yes. She could have witnessed it.. like for example, many shows with child actors like BV or Ahilya, the kids did not go through all the evils. They saw it happening around them and they understood it was wrong, they stood up for it and that's enough.

Many dialogues they gave Aurra preleap was so wrong, baachi hai wo.... 8-10 saal ki.. how can you expect her to understand such adult situations and give long bashan about it?

Couldn't they have waited until Bon grew up to say all that? It would have made more sense. I don't think even back then in 1930s, some 10 year old child bride somewhere spoke that manner 😆
