Raavi was shocked about losing control and hitting him she never would have done that before/ She questioned why shiva makes her lose control why does he effect her so much she becomes a different person. Its not just blaming him but also she is starting to question herself its the first step to realizing her own actions and feelings. Right now she is hurt about his behaviour and him calling out her character which was totally wrong on his part.
