By this, I'm no way saying I want these two to be going out admitting they are dating or whatever. They are adults who can decide for themselves what they want but I see no problem in shipping them now.

It isn't about Anchal dating at the age of 16, it is Anchal, who is underage, dating Pravi who is 22 and an adult. The same rules that applied to not shipping Aurrisht apply to Anvisht as well. Pravi openly seen as even rumoured to have any sort of romantic feelings for his underage co-star can not only get him negative publicity, but also into legal trouble, especially if any rumours of physical relationships spark as that is legally considered statutory rape by law.
