AKT did not care much when he was choosing the saree, he just did that to boost Imlie's morale. He knew she was nervous like hell but he complied so as to help her and also play the perfect companion. He probably was excited to see her in the saree because the two have now moved to a relationship phase where atleast babusahib is trying to look for a moment! 😉.

AKT being AKT gave all the mild reactions to Malini. I legit laughed in the way he said aap acchi lag rahi hain...I am like bande ke muuh se forced taarif bhi nahi ho rahi hai...

For him Imlie is beautiful, period. That beauty was never defined by her looks, her clothes, he makeup, her accessories nothing. 7 years Malini spent with this guy, and look at her, she could not even figure that out amongst many other things..

What stood out when I later thought about it. When AKT said chalo both the times..Imlie in her dejection did not opt to argue to stay away or out. I love how these two feed of each other's emotion. She could see Babusahib was reinforcing that "jo hoga saath mein hoga" and she did not surrender to the desolation but conceded to his feelings.

Exactly..he very well knows his family will do something to insult Imlie still he went ahead with party ..first of all he needs to do some concrete work to change the mindset of his family .. Imlie humari patni declare karna is not enough ..

his mother continuously doing Malini humari Babu jaap Infront of him , still he brought DD in the same house and indirectly brought more humiliation for Imlie..to stop his family for Malini Bahu jaap , he needs to finalize divorce with DD ..but he is not showing any interest at all ..

Marrying Malini was his big mistake but now doing nothing to repair that damage( finalize divorce ) ,instead he brought that mistake in his home as a bff ..

First DD will lipto chipko Adi and some of their hawas Waala dance then Adi will move away from her and go to Imlie and then their dance while DD sulking there ..😵
