Part 5
Mandar got up from the floor, and was staring at Raghav for a while. Raghav came close to him and asked him with a smirk "kabhi handsome bandhe ko dekha nhi hai kya". Mandar gritted his teeth. Vijay and the others asked him if he was alright. After confirming that Mandar was alright everyone went away to do their respective duties.
Pallavi came and stood beside Raghav and asked Mandar "Mandar aap thik ho na.... I am so sorry Khushi ke wajah se woh frame..." Pallavi said that while looking at the broken photo frame.
Mandar smiled "haan pallavi mai thik hu... aur sorry ki koi zarurat nahi hai Khushi ab bhi bacchi hai galti se ho gaya hoga" Mandar said that while looking at Khushi.
Suddenly Raghav got a call from Farhad "anna US ke logo ke sath aaj aapki meeting hai...yaad hai na aapko" ."Haan yaad hai...mai aa raha hai" Raghav responded while still glaring at Mandar, he disconnected the call and informed Pallavi.
"Par Raghav mai toh acche se aai se abhi mili bhi nhi aur kaka ka birthday" Pallavi said as she became sad.
While Mandar again started with his tricks "koi baat nahi Raghav Pallavi ko yaha rehne do...mai drop kar dega usse". Raghav clenched his fist and was about to speak when Pallavi responded.
"Uski zarurat nhi hai Mandar.....Raghav tum yahi ruko mai abhi aati hu". Pallavi gave Khushi to Raghav and went away. Raghav was again glaring at Mandar, he went close to him and angrily said to him "jab miya biwi baat kar rahe ho toh bichme tapakthe nhi Ardhamayinda".
Pallavi went to Sharda and hugged her and explained to her that she had to leave and then she went to Milind gave him his gift and came back to Raghav. She took Khushi from his arms and they started leave for their home.
When Pallavi turned around to open the door of the car Khushi grabs her mother's neck and looks back, sticking her tongue out in a teasing way to Sulochana. Sulochana was fuming in anger while everyone else were laughing and Mandar was watching them leave dejectedly.
Raghav dropped Khushi and Pallavi home and went back to attend the meeting. Rama opened the door for Pallavi and she came inside with Khushi. Khushi got down from Pallavi' arms and started walking towards the dining area and she was loudly saying "dudu Khushi aa gayi" well dudu was her name for amma. While Pallavi was also walking with her so that she would not get hurt. Amma stopped sipping her coffee as she saw a small figure walking towards her and a big smile came on her face.
Now Raghav returned back home during dinner time. The watchman opened the main gate and he drove the car inside and parked it at it's usual place.
Raghav entered the house and asked Naidu about the ladies of the house and when Naidu was about to answer, amma came "Raghav tu aa gaya" Raghav signaled Naidu to get back to his work and turned to amma and said "haan amma". While removing his coat Raghav asked "amma Pallavi kaha hai".
"Voh upar Khushi ko sula raha hai" amma said as she sat down as Naidu was setting the table.
Raghav went up straight to his room. The moment he reached in his room he could hear Pallavi humming. While Khushi was fast asleep in her arms. He leaned over to the wall and got lost at his lovely wife and his lovely daughter. Pallavi noticed Raghav standing and signaled him 5 minutes and Raghav signaled her back to take your time.
Pallavi had to make sure that Khushi was in deep sleep or while putting her on the craddle she would wake up. After making sure she was Pallavi placed her down on the craddle and kissed her forehead. Pallavi then went ahead and hugged Raghav and said "welcome back" while snuggling in her hug. Raghav also hugged back. Pallavi broke the hug "Tum fresh ho jao phir hum sab sath mai dinner karenge", Raghav smiled and nodded in a yes and Pallavi went down. Now Raghav was looking at Khushi who was sleeping soundly, he lightly caressed her head, kissed her small hand and said "goodnight meri jaan".
The next morning Raghav opened his eyes when Khushi's legs plopped on his head. She was sleeping upside down on the bed. He slowly placed her leg on the other side and with that Khushi woke up and was about to cry when Pallavi came from the bathroom and took her "mai Khushi ko nehlake lati hu tum tab tak thodi der aur so...." before Pallavi could say anything else Raghav was already asleep, Pallavi smiled at him and went from there. Pallavi's phone started vibrating and Raghav's sleep again got disturbed. He took the phone in annoyance and even got more annoyed hearing the person's voice from the other end as it was Mandar "hello....Pallavi mai soch raha tha" before he could say anything else Raghav responded "wrong number" and he disconnected the call.
