Oh god, why do we put ourselves through this torture everyday, is beyond me. Matlab aaj I could legit not understand the entire purpose of this episode, except to show how stupid the main leads can look and how vampish the parallel lead can be made. Matlab aaj mujhe bilkul man nahi tha episode dekhne ka, forget review karne ka, coz this was awful - worse than the initial Hyderabad episodes, which I felt were the benchmark to showcase how bad the writing could get. Oh well, still will point out a few things which were a small ray of light in this overall depressing episode:

1. Nishant & Pallavi's scenes were really good. I am going to miss Pallavi, as uske chakkar main at least Nishant was able to emote. Ab he is going to back to being a blank screen, and that is going to difficult for us to digest. Anyway, going back to the scene, the entire parallel he drew to his own situation and the one Pallavi is currently in, was really nicely done. Also, funnily I do not know if anyone noticed - Pallavi has been asked to join Hogwarts school and report to Kings Cross Station🤣.

For me that was the funniest oversight I have ever seen, and was making me laugh unintentionally thinking about it. Anyway, Pallavi and Nishant were so sweet with both supporting each other, and I hope that they bring Pallavi's character back from Hogwarts.😆

2. Adi ki aankhen humesha Imlie ko hi dhoondhti hai. Be it at the beginning of the party, where he went looking for her as she had not come or even going and seeking her when she disappeared from teh party afterwards. He continuously was making sure to make her comfortable, knowing how weird and humiliated she was feeling. Adi & Imlie always have had this quality to not allow anyone to pull down the other, be it family or outsiders. Jaise once Imlie ne family ko Adi ka mazaak banane se family ko daanta tha during the Imlender track, today Adi ne Imlie ka mazzak nahi banne diya in front of the outside world, by proudly introducing Imlie as his wife. Him reminding Imlie that she has the capability to cheer up and create a party with just a few people, to him telling people that the purpose of the party was to introduce the world to the person who saved him and is his wife, Adi in everyway was the supprtive husband to pull up his wife and make her feel as special to the world as she is to him. Also, Editor Saheb's tippani in front of Aparna & Pankaj, while asking for Imlie and reminding them that she is the star of the show, really stole my heart. Haye, kitne pyaare hain humare Editorji, thank you for that.

3. Chota sa Meethi & SK ka scene was nice to see, but wahaan par bhi unka bharosa on Malini treating Imlie right and taking care of her just made me want to scream. Matla these people are putting their trust on Malini, who willingly is abusing it at every level. I really hope she gets her comeuppance soon, coz this is getting really out of hand.

4. Rupi noticed that Malini ne kuch kand kiya. I think she may be instrumental in making Adi & Imlie understand that Malini is trying to do something sinister and hopefully get both Adile's heads out of the sand, Malini ke mamle mein. She realized something was fishy looking at Imlie & Malini's expressions, so she may say or do something tomorrow, hopefully to talks some sense into either of them, to get them out of their DD blindness.

5. All said and done, Aparna today behaved like a typical sasuma, bade haq se berating her DIL, as usne sab ke saamne family ka mazzak banaya hai. Aparna is slowly realizing that Adi only has eyes for Imlie and also, Imlie is going to be involved as their bahu in every situation. She is slowly starting to call her the bahu inadvertently, but dil se is not willing to accept that fact. It looks funny when Aparna tries to cover up her worry as gussa, as honestly it has stopped having any asar on us, but I will never forgive her for making Imlie cry again today. That whole thing was uncalled for, enough that it really made me want to punch her in the face for her taunts today.

I refuse to talk in detail about Malini, as it is not worth listing her delusions, except that she again got chopped by Adi, where apart from a token - "you are looking nice", se zyada he was not interested in talking to Malini. Uske bawajood the woman wants to drape herself over him every chance she gets, which looks beyond pathetic. Matlab I hate the comparison, but Adi looked like those poor girls in parties that get accosted by tharki uncles who harass the girls on the pretext of dancing with them. Or like those girls who get forcefully held by cheap boys and Holi ke chakkar mein they touch the girls inappropriately saying rang lagana hai. Watching that made my skin crawl, the way it does when I see girls being harassed like that on screen or in real life. Really Malini crossed the line there for me, the way she took advantage of Adi, almost assaulting him in public. I hope someone addresses this in the next episode, as this is getting to be too much. God help us get through this track, coz watching these episodes are really making me wonder why to still remain invested, coz this is getting to be too much.

Bold 1 - Ohh the parallels in imlie land.. these two stand like chattans with one another.. they will be the only support system other will ever need... and how.. He was not embarrased of Imlie for 1 sec.. Malini wanted him to shout at i but aditya did exactly opposite..

If Malini can break imlie... Aditya will build her ground up!

Bold 2 - I am rooting for Rupi didi.. to bajao Ms and then make BS realize yeh jo bhi chal raha hai woh sahi nahi hai..

I just skimmed through the epi... today and could not bear to watch Imlie being humiliated again and again by everyone.

Just one thought - NishVi, Rupi were all there and saw what was going on, why did they not go and support Imlie, why did they just stand there silently, watching it all... that is my biggest grouse.. they also let that DM whisk away Imlie from the scene.. how could they... I am boiling mad here... they were all standing like KHAMBAS, the DOLTS...

Guess we are going to have folks ranting and trying to be calm.

The way dd manipulated poor naive Imlie, who trusts her implicitly only to be taken advantage of.. to be made fun of... was gory and ugly. The attention seeking delusional woman..

Next up was the expectations from Adi that he would fawn, drool over her, lavish her with praise and attention.. I was so happy to see that this was denied to this pathetic person.. go bury your head in the sand babes.. That was a worthy shot.. also when Adi was introducing Imlie as his wife to all, she was just burning up right there.. would have melted too..

Adi admirable in his support of Imlie, on seeing her decked out like a tree, does not crack a smile and proudly asks her if she would accompany him... aa.. BBSB I have your back..

All those stupid folks to laugh at Imlie in their host's house have lost their marbles completely today... just not done.

Like seeing the creepy clingy Dd trying to take away and keep her hidden or locked in a cupboard and never let her out if she could, toss the key away to trying to finagle her way into being addressed as Adi's wife, the title that she craves for, yearns and is willing to go to any lengths to obtain it..

It was good to see the editor back and the party was in honor of Imlie.. Poor thing last one to know... and such a horrid abuse of her trust.
