It is actually very ironic. He wanted to stop liking her and being with her because he did not want to change who he (in ways that maybe don't matter as much- his smell, his way of talking).

But in pushing her away he has completely lost who he was in the ways that matter- his confidence, his attitude, his control.

What is the point of this love? 😕😔

This is so true...and the idiotic makers are not realising it. Or if they r indeed doing it purposefully so that shiva too realise this during separation then I would say this torture was worth it..him realising his own worth is something I am.looking forward to..and not based on others opinion..but based on his own heart ...which includes raavi also..I think I am not making much sense. 😆
