Imlie ne Malini ko dress up kiya tha so Malini is returning it ofcourse galat intentions se.

Malini gave a saree to Imlie for the press conference coz she wanted her saree at least to go with Aditya.

Here she wants to ruin Imlies day and decides to steal a saree selected by Adi. how are they both the same ?

In yesterday's episode we were also shown how Malini was taking care of Adi, when Imlie interrupts. the correlation scene was when Adi fell sick coz Imlie was ignoring him, and Malini interrupted them and was quite ride.

The change this time was Adi supporting Imlie and stopping her from leaving and sending Malini out .

It is interesting that we are getting scene by scene mapping of what happened then viś-a-viś now.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a humiliate Imlie day, by making her as uncomfortable as possible. let's see what it holds.

@ Bold: True that. Oh I hope all these parallelisms do not last another 50 episodes..hope the mapping can be wrapped up asap. Because it takes a lot of tenacity to sit through the ganging up of the ladies that happens with ofcourse the crass insults they throw at Imlie. Problem is right now its all stuck in a loop. Even though it is quite amusing to see didi friendzoned time and again, along with the chops AKT or Rupi di do...I think we all agree, the story needs to move on....

Imlie was never a person who at any Occasion seek help from others for her makeup. Even she never wants to change the duppatta draping style , even when once Nidhi pointed out , she was such a good character that suddenly she withdrew her suggestion. (College admission episode)

She may simply can tell Malini done the makeup or for avoiding that she may take her, and talking other level of toxic things to derail imlie’s confidence.

Anyway this party episode is even though a humiliation round for imlie finally she will also get recognition…. Starting of BBC is also caused humiliation of imlie by society how ever it ended in good note. There AC is present, here MC both will get enough backlash for their wrong deeds.

Not sure but I get a feel that they are closing the loop starts from kidnapping track. Malini on other day also pointed she done a blunder by jumping into the operation, on next day Adhithya is throwing a party for introducing her as wife to colleagues & girl who saved his life.

@Bold: Yes I do agree that Imlie could have just said no to Malini...but I think with Malini pretending to be such an emotional wreck and perhaps the concealed guilt that Imlie probably has, she just said yes. More like she is just being nice and could not say NO to Malini didi....she did try to argue about clothes with Rupi di and Pallavi. Just how I perceived that scene..

@ Bold2: you are so right... oh I wanted to see some more explanation on that front..so more confrontation...like when Malini was blasting her off in the staff room, I was hoping Imlie explained some more... Imlie did try to explain it to T's but they are just so blinded by classism and Malinism...how can a person explain to closed brains like that...

Adi knows that he can count on Rupi & Pallo to give Imlie an appropriate sari or dress to wear. He is not too bothered about clothes in general and neither is Imlie.. as he keeps.. saying since when did clothes matter to her. But that does not excuse him for being a kanjoos.
