They didn't actually show them doing the DNA test but Dev did say to Ayush's grandfather that since the DNA test has now confirmed Ayush is their child, they would like to get the legal documentation done as quickly as possible.

Million $ Q is have they done DNA Test to confirm Ayushman is their biological son? They should do DNA on both Ayush & Suhana to get the answers. Can’t go by Rohit or nurses admissions of baby swap.
